Modi focused on the Top and bottoms in the United Nations

Narendra Modi, PM of India has rightly focused on the Top and bottoms in the United Nations. He focused on meeting and improving bilateral relationships with the powerful countries likes of the US, the UK and France on one side and very small nations on the other hand. 

He focused on a small European country like Ireland and visited the country while on the way to New York for UN convention. He chaired the meeting of G-4 countries consisting Japan, Germany, and Brazil, powerful nations in the world and contenders for Permanent members in United Nations Security Council.  Besides, he mentioned small island countries across the oceans in his speech in the UN General Assembly. These countries are at the bottom of the UN. Some of these countries are very tiny and have population only of few thousands. 

India hosted a summit (India-Pacific Island Nations summit) recently (August 21) in Jaipur where
heads of the 14 island nations - Cook Islands, Tonga, Tuvalu, Nauru, Kiribati, Vanuatu, Solomon Islands, Samoa, Niue, Palau, Micronesia, Marshall Islands, Fiji, and Papua New Guinea were present. India is supporting all these countries with a grant-in-aid of $ 200,000 each. This is not a small amount for these tiny countries.

We have to remember that each country, big or small; rich or poor has one vote in the UN General Assembly. India needs support and vote of 129 countries in the General Assembly for a permanent seat before it goes to UNSC where India needs all five votes. India has a support of 80 countries in the GA and three in the UNSC. We have to lobby for another 50 votes in the General assembly and two (Russia and China) in the UNSC. 

I like to point out about a blog-post in this blog (June 11, 2014) where we have urged to focus on the Top and Bottom of the Indian population. This was a suggestion to PMO. I am thankful to the PM Narendra Modi for using the same tactics for the permanent seat in the United Nations Security Council.

Banks are not helping small Entrepreneurs for MUDRA loan. The MUDRA scheme was launched by Arun Jetly, the Finance Minister of India in the budget 2015-16 to help Micro and Small enterprises from informal sector.  The FM has declared this week September 25 to October 02, 2015 as a week for the same. However, the Bank officers are demanding the same paper formalities That is not intended for the informal sector.

An woman entrepreneur reported me today the hurdles she faced during her visit to the bank (in Jaipur) for MUDRA loan. Bank officers asked for large numbers of documents before giving her the application form. She took the documents (whatever she has) to the bank officers and further asked for several documents. Surprisingly, the bank officer asked for an audited balance sheet and all of is know that this is a requirement for formal sector only.

Moreover, the loan asked for was in service sector and the officer had no knowledge of loan for service sector. Are the officers not trained or read the basics of MUDRA scheme?

How can a small entrepreneur prepare her balance sheet and get it audited from a Chartered accountant? Despite all efforts of our beloved PM Narendra Modi to ease business formalities in India officers are playing the same cards in old fashion.

I have reported the full incident to higher authorities in MUDRA scheme and local nodal officers and urge the FM and The PM to look after the issue. I also request concerning officers to be a catalyst in making India economically progressive and not to be a hurdle in the way of entrepreneurship in this highly competitive era.

India Steps ahead for Veto power in United Nations

India is one Step ahead for Veto power in United Nations Security Council. 193 countries have signed a proposal for reform in the UN. The proposal was cleared despite strong opposition of China, a permanent member in Security Council. Only a handful of countries likes of Pakistan and North Korea supported China. China has dropped its idea of voting seeing a environment against them. Several countries have send written suggestions on this proposal.

India has been pursuing for a permanent seat with veto power in UNSC for a long time. This proposal puts India one step ahead to achieve its goal. India has legitimate reasons to get the seat as a largest democracy in the world and having share of one sixth of the world population. Moreover, India has not invaded or attacked any country and have been part of many UN peace keeping missions.

India is the fastest growing economy in the world and that supports its claim. G-4 countries (India, Brazil,  Germany and Japan) have supported Indian claim. Large numbers of countries across all continents are supporting India. All permanent members but China are also in support.

Narendra Modi, Prime Minister of India has been lobbying for the same and getting overwhelming responses from the world leaders. Indo-US relationship has reached into new high along-with that of France. We already have very good relationship with Russia and the UK. However, China and Pakistan are opposing Indian claim and campaigning to get support.

The UN will enter into a year long discussions over this proposal and will move it to general assembly. India needs support of 129 member countries to go through. We have faith on our beloved PM and believe that he will manage support of 129 countries. Let us hope for the best.

देश को पुनः गौरवान्वित करते हुए संयुक्त राष्ट्रसंघ में भारत के प्रधानमंत्री नरेंद्र मोदी ने आज फिर हिंदी में भाषण दिया। प्रधानमंत्री नरेंद्र मोदी संयुक्त राष्ट्रसंघ द्वारा आयोजित सतत विकास सम्मलेन को संवोधित कर रहे थे. भारतीय समयानुसार रात १० बज कर ४० मिनट पर जब वे बोलने के लिए आये तब पूरी सभा तालियों की गूंज से गड़गड़ा उठी. पूरा विश्व उनके वक्तव्य को सुनने के लिए उत्सुक था.

महात्मा गांधी के उल्लेखपूर्वक उन्होंने अपना भाषण प्रारम्भ किया एवं सतत विकास व गरीबी उन्मूलन के अपने लक्ष्य को पंडित दीनदयाल उपाध्याय के एकात्म मानववाद के आदर्श से भी जोड़ा। उन्होंने कहा की विश्व में १,३ अरब लोग गरीब हैं और भारत में गरीबी उन्मूलन उनकी सरकार की सर्वोच्च प्राथमिकता है.

गरीबी उन्मूलन एवं अंतिम व्यक्ति को भी अर्थनीति की मुख्यधारा से जोड़ने के लिए सरकार द्वारा किये गए उपायों का भी व्योरा दिया। उन्होंने आगे कहा की एक वर्ष में ही १८ करोड़ व्यक्तियों का नया बैंक खता खुलवा कर उनकी सरकार ने इस दिशा में अत्यंत महत्वपूर्ण कदम उठाया है जिसे जन धन योजना के नाम से जाना जाता है.

 गरीबों के लिए बीमा योजना, किसानो के लिए सरकार द्वारा उठाये गए कदम, महिला सशक्तिकरण, दक्षता विकास आदि की भी जानकारी दी. विशेषरूप से बेटी बचाओ बेटी पढ़ाओ अभियान की बात भी की. उन्होंने विकसित देशों से आग्रह किया की पर्यावरण संरक्षण के लिए ईमानदारी से काम करते हुए वे अपना अंशदान करें। उन्होंने आगे कहा की पर्यावरण संरक्षण में प्राकृतिक आपदाओं से गरीबों को बचने का दृष्टिकोण भी सम्मिलित होना चाहिए.

अपने भाषण में उन्होंने एक महत्वपूर्ण बात की और सबका ध्यान आकर्षित किया। भारतीय महासागर से लेकर अटलांटिक एवं प्रशांत महासागरीय द्वीपों के बीच महत्वपूर्ण साझेदारी एवं उनके विकास के लिए भारतीय प्रतिवद्धता को भी दोहराया।

एक अत्यंत महत्वपूर्ण आर्थिक नीति की घोषणा करते हुए उन्होंने कहा की पुरे विश्व में दो ही तरह के उद्योगों की चर्चा होती है पब्लिक एवं प्राइवेट जबकि उनकी सरकार एक तीसरी श्रेणी के लिए पहल कर रही है और वो है पर्सनल। व्यक्तिगत उद्यमियों को प्रोत्साहन देने के लिए उनकी सरकार बड़े पैमाने पर प्रयत्न कर रही है.

संयुक्त राष्ट्रसंघ के पुनर्गठन पर वाल देते हुए नरेंद्र मोदी ने कहा की इसकी स्थापना के ७० साल बाद यह बहुत आवश्यक हो गया है इसके बिना इसकी भूमिका प्रभावी नहीं हो सकती। अंत में सबके कल्याण की कामना करने भावना के साथ सबको धन्यवाद देते हुए प्रधानमंत्री नरेंद्र मोदी ने अपना वक्तव्य समाप्त किया।

Digital India vs BSNL

Prime Minister Narendra Modi, his team, and the government at large are trying to push India ahead and Digital India program is a vital step towards developed India. BSNL is the main government company for providing telecom and internet services. BSNL (Bharat Sanchar Nigam Limited) is in the lineage of the oldest (and the only) telecom company of India with huge infrastructure and budgetary support of Central government. However, working of BSNL is not satisfactory.

Most of the private telecom companies provide landline and internet connection at a very fast pace and normally activate internet connection within 48 hours in urban areas. Whereas BSNL asks the time of 15 days to activate an internet connection (based on a landline). How can it compete with private telecom companies and how can dream of Modi Ji will be fulfilled with this sluggishness?

An incident happened with me today, at Sanganeri gate office, Jaipur. My wife has tried to apply for the internet connection and faced so many red tapism and large numbers of documentation. The concerning person told that he can not accept the application today as the system was not working (After completing all formalities!). Moreover, they told that it would take 15 days to activate the connection, seven days for the landline and another seven days for internet connection.

If this is the situation in Jaipur, the capital of Rajasthan - what can be happening in rural areas? We have to pay serious attention to mobilizing BSNL and make the company agile.  It is shameful that large numbers of people say about corruption in BSNL.

I messaged through the internet and also called today Mr. Ravishankar Prasad, the telecom minister of India, to report the incident. It was a pleasing experience that he acknowledged that he got my message and would work on it. Thanks to Mr. Ravishankar Prasad in anticipation.

पर्युषण पर्व पर कत्लखाने बंद रखने के लिए प्रधानमंत्री को पत्र

जैसा कि आपको विदित है कि जैन धर्म का प्रमुख आठ दिवसीय महापर्व पर्युषण पर्व आगामी 10/09/2015 से17/09/2015 तक मनाया जायेगा.इन दिनो सभी जैन धर्मावलम्बी जृान,(ग्यान) दर्शन, चारित्र ओर तप की आराधना, साधना ओर उपासना करते हे पर्युषण के दौरान अंहिसा करुणा ओर मैत्री का विशेष संदेश प्रचारित किया जाता है, जैेन धर्म की अंहिसा की व्याख्या यह है कि हम छोटे से छोटे प्राणी की आत्मा को अपनी आत्मा के समान समझते है.

माननीय प्रधानमंत्री जी, 
इस पत्र के माध्यम से हम आपसे यह निवेदन करना चाहते हे कि भगवान महावीर का सन्देश जीओ ओर जीने दो की उपयोगिता को ध्यान मे रखते हुऐ ओर वर्तमान को वर्धमान की आवश्यकता बताने के लिये जैन धर्म के पर्युषण पर्व के आठ दिवस तक न केवल सम्पूर्ण भारत के कत्लखानो को बंद रखा जाय अपितु मांस के क्रय विक्रय को भी आठ दिनो तक प्रतिबंधित किया जाये।

যদি নেতাজী কে চান বি জে পি কে জেতান

পশ্চিমবঙ্গে কে আছে যে সুভাষ বাবু কে চায় না ? কে আছে যে তার মৃত্যুর রহস্য জান্তা চায় না? সুভাষ চন্দ্র বসু কে ছেড়ে বাংলার কল্পনা ও করা যায় না. ভারত কে স্বাধীন করতে তার অবদান অভুত্পূর্ভ কিন্তু তাকে ভুলিয়ে দেয়ার চক্রান্ত অনবরত চলছে। স্বাধীনতার ৬৮ বছর পারে ও নেতাজি তার যোগ্য সম্মান পান নি.

 বর্তমান কেন্দ্রীয় সরকার বিশেষ করে প্রধান মন্ত্রী নরেন্দ্র মোদী কে ধন্যবাদ দিতে হবে. সমস্ত বাঙালি সমাজ তার কৃতজ্ঞ। ৬৮ বছর ধরে নেতাজি সুভাষ চন্দ্র বসুর যে ফাইল গুলো গোপনীয় করে রাখা হয়েছিল সে গুলো কে প্রকাশ্যে আনার নির্ণয় হয়ে গেল এক দিনেই।

 নেতাজি সুভাষ চন্দ্র বসুর পৌত্র দেখা করলেন প্রধান মন্ত্রী নরেন্দ্র মোদির সঙ্গে এবং ততকাল নির্ণয় হয়ে গেল. যিনি দেখা করলেন তিনি ও বিশ্বাস করতে পারলেন না যে এত তডিঘড়ি এই কাজ টা হয়ে যাবে। ৬৮ বাছারে যা হলো না সেটা করতে ৬৮ মিনিট ও লাগে নি.

নরেন্দ্র মোদির নেতৃত্বে ভারতের সুদিন এসেছে আর ফিরে আসছে বাংলার গৌরব। বাংলার গৌরব কে পুনর্প্রতিষ্ঠিত করতে পৌরসভা নির্বাচনে বি জে পি কে ভোট দিয়ে জয় যুক্ত করুন।
